Barbara Palumbo is an International HR Leader with extensive cross-industry experience in Commercial Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. They have held various roles including Senior HR Business Partner and Regional HR Business Partner at Werfen, as well as positions in training, development, and project management at Projectland Srl and Coesia S.p.A. Barbara's expertise spans human resources strategy, organizational design, talent management, and change management. They hold an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi and a Master’s Degree in Italian Language and Literature from Università degli Studi di Milano, among other academic qualifications.
