Leithsa Dimanche

Leithsa Dimanche is a Scientist I at Werfen since March 2025, with a solid background in engineering and quality assurance. Previously, Leithsa gained experience as a Quality Engineering Intern at Smith+Nephew, where responsibilities included supporting internal audits and conducting Gemba Walks. Leithsa also held the position of Mechanical Engineering R&D Intern at Werfen North America, focusing on device testing and prototype improvements. Additionally, Leithsa served as a Community Advisor at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, mentoring first-year students, and worked as a Quality Engineer I at Medtronic, addressing manufacturing quality issues. Leithsa holds a degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
