Max Morales is an accomplished manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer II at Werfen since June 2025, Max previously worked as an SMT Process Engineer at SynQor and completed a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op at Insulet Corporation. Max also gained valuable experience as a Quality Engineering Intern and Operations Intern at Raytheon. In the earlier stages of career development, Max worked as a cashier at Target.
