Nelma Silva has over 20 years of experience in the microbiology and biology sectors, currently serving as a Product Manager for Microbiology at Werfen since December 2003, following a role as Product Specialist/Sales Representative. Silva has been involved in blood bank operations since 2003 and has expertise in microbiology and molecular biology since 2003, as well as in autoimmunity since 2008.
