Serena Mengoni

Serena Mengoni is the Senior Director of Human Resources, International at Werfen, a role they started in 2023, where they oversee organizational development, employee relations, talent and performance management, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and training across Europe and the EMEA region. Prior to this, they served as the Senior HR Director, International at Immucor, Inc. from 2004 to 2023.
