William Berg is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and compliance counsel roles. Currently serving as Corporate and Compliance Counsel at Werfen since April 2022, William previously worked at Smith & Nephew from October 2009 to April 2022 in various legal capacities, including Counsel for Science & Education, Global Operations and Compliance, and APAC-EM. William has expertise in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising on health, safety, and environmental matters. William holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies and Computer Science from Boston College.
