Himanshu Gupta

Himanshu Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Himanshu is currently the Co-Founder & COO at WeRize, where they are working on building India's first socially distributed fintech platform. Prior to this, they worked at Lendingkart Technologies as the VP & Head of Data Science and Analytics, where they played a key role in providing working capital loans to SMEs by leveraging advanced Machine Learning and Big Data technologies. Himanshu also had a brief stint at IHS Markit as a Data Scientist and held various roles within the company, including Associate Data Scientist and Senior Analyst. Earlier in their career, Himanshu worked at IBM India Pvt Ltd as a Staff Research Engineer and at MAPPER Lithography in the Netherlands as a Research Engineer. Himanshu also had a summer internship at McMaster University in Canada.

Himanshu Gupta has a diverse education history. Himanshu started their education in 2001 at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, where they obtained a B.Tech degree. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education in the field of Nanoscience and Physics. In 2005, they attended the Chalmers University of Technology, earning a Master of Science degree in Nanotechnology and Physics.

Himanshu later continued their education at the Delft University of Technology, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Nanoscience and Physics in 2007. This demonstrates their commitment to gaining expertise in the field of Nanotechnology.

In 2013, Himanshu embarked on a new educational endeavor, enrolling in the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Himanshu obtained a certification in Business Analytics and Intelligence through the Executive Education Program in 2014. The focus of this program was to enhance skills and knowledge in the area of Business Analytics and Intelligence.

Throughout their educational journey, Himanshu has shown a thirst for knowledge and a desire to expand their understanding in various fields of study, particularly in Nanotechnology, Physics, and Business Analytics and Intelligence.
