Souvik Show is currently the Manager of Strategic Initiatives at WeRize, a role they began in 2025. Previously, they held positions including Senior Associate of Strategy & Analytics at upGrad, where they significantly enhanced revenue and optimized various processes, and Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Devtron Inc., managing substantial marketing budgets and sales operations. Souvik also gained experience in political campaign analysis at I-PAC and worked as a Business Development Associate at BYJU'S. They hold a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, graduated in 2018.
