Ujjwal Goel has a diverse work experience, starting in 2018 as a Student Mentor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar. In this role, they provided guidance and support to students.

In 2019, Ujjwal served as the Event Management Head for Zeitgeist IIT Ropar, where they successfully increased participation in dance events by 77% through various initiatives. Additionally, they created a database of over 90 colleges and started an online dance event.

That same year, Ujjwal took on the role of Marketing Head at Advitiya IIT Ropar. Ujjwal executed a successful School Talent Hunt Program, attracting over 1500 participants from three states. Ujjwal also managed 200+ sponsorship engagements and achieved a 5% conversion ratio.

In 2020, Ujjwal worked as a Business Growth & Analysis professional at Treebo Hotels. Ujjwal developed a strategic roadmap for hotel acquisition and collaboration in South Tier-1 cities. Ujjwal also conducted data analysis of 200+ hotels to generate insights for potential lead generation.

Moving forward, Ujjwal joined Testbook.com as a Product Analyst in 2020. Ujjwal was responsible for improving user engagement and user flow through Search Analytics on the Testbook App. Ujjwal also implemented user tracking metrics for new web app sections using GA and supported functional teams with relevant data through MongoDB and SQL queries.

In 2021, Ujjwal continued their role as a Product Analyst at Testbook.com, where they further contributed to the company's growth and success.

Later in 2021, Ujjwal joined Razorpay as a Product Analyst. Ujjwal owned end-to-end analytics for payouts, product support, and the engagement unit under RazorpayX. Through analysis and customer conversations, Ujjwal identified friction in the user onboarding journey, leading to the development of a help and support widget. This initiative reduced merchant inquiries by 71%.

In 2022, Ujjwal participated in NextLeap's APM Fellowship program, where they were among the top 100 fellows. Ujjwal conducted research on the social behavior around food exhibited by GenZs and presented their findings to a Zomato panel.

Currently, Ujjwal is an Associate Product Manager at WeRize, starting in 2022.

Ujjwal Goel completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar. Ujjwal pursued this degree from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Ujjwal also obtained several certifications. In 2021, they completed the "Introduction to Data Science in Python" course from Coursera. In 2020, they obtained the certifications "Excel Skills for Business: Intermediate II," "Excel Skills for Business: Intermediate I," "Excel Skills for Business: Essentials," and "Introduction to Corporate Finance" from Coursera. Ujjwal also obtained "The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2020: Go from Zero to Hero" certification from Udemy in 2020.
