Vinit Kumar

Vinit Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Vinit started their career as a Junior Mechanical Engineer at Gautam Construction in 2016, where they managed multiple construction projects and focused on optimizing workflow and reducing construction time. In 2018, Vinit ventured into entrepreneurship and started their own food delivery venture called Tyffyntech, which gained significant traction within a short period.

In 2018, Vinit joined Amazon Development Center as a Customer Service Associate, where they handled administrative tasks and resolved customer issues efficiently. Subsequently, in 2019, they interned as a Data Science Intern at Great Learning, working on marketing analysis, social media analysis, geographical analysis, and student performance in placements.

From 2019 to present, Vinit has been associated with WeRize, initially as a Product Analyst, where they automated management and operations-level dashboards and helped in drafting automated rule engine metrics. Vinit further moved up to a Senior Product Analyst role at LeadSquared, where they owned multiple CRM tools, modified loan product flows, and managed stage movements and lead rejections based on business logics. Currently, Vinit holds the position of an Associate Product Manager at WeRize, leading the revamp of collections backend code, enabling automated dialer facilities, and launching a field collections app.

Throughout their career, Vinit has demonstrated a strong analytical and technical acumen, with proficiency in SQL, Python scripting, and Google Apps script. Vinit has consistently exhibited a problem-solving mindset and a drive for process improvement.

Vinit Kumar completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in programming. In August 2019, they completed the "Complete Python Bootcamp: Go from zero to hero in Python 3" and "Python for Data Science and Machine Learning Bootcamp" certifications from Udemy.
