Jos

Jos, P.A.J. van Loo is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in procurement management, currently serving as Head of Group Procurement at APG since September 2010. Prior roles at APG include Vendor Manager and Senior Procurement Officer. Previously, Jos worked as a Senior Purchaser at WML from July 1998 to September 2010, and held positions at DSM Special Products and IPL, where responsibilities included procurement management and team leadership. Jos has a Master’s degree in Culture & Change with a specialization in Strategic Change Management from the University NCOI, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hogeschool NCOI. Additional qualifications include certifications from NEVI in Strategic and Tactical Procurement Management.
