Pascal Borghans

Pascal Borghans has extensive experience in risk management and auditing, currently serving as the Manager of the Risk Management department at APG since February 2008. Previous roles at APG include Senior Risk Manager and Risk Controller. Prior to APG, Pascal worked at UWV from September 1999 to February 2008, where roles included Lead Auditor and (Senior) IT Auditor, as well as responsibilities in application and functional management. Pascal holds a post-doctoral degree in IT auditing from TIAS School for Business and Society (2003-2005) and a Bachelor's degree in accountancy from HEAO (1993-1998), alongside further education in administrative information systems.
