Ellen Koenis

Ellen Koenis has extensive experience in coaching and training, currently serving as an Ontwikkelcoach at WerkSaam Westfriesland since January 2015. Prior to this role, Ellen worked as a freelance coach from 2008 to July 2016, focusing on individual support and guidance. Ellen's background includes various positions at Gemeente Hoorn from March 1999 to June 2015, including communication trainer and coach, societal guide for refugees, case manager, and quality assessor.
