John Berg

John Berg is an Engineering Manager with a passion for creative problem-solving and team building in the manufacturing sector. From 2014 to 2017, John managed daily operations at Alley 64, ensuring both business and customer service excellence. John served in the United States Marine Corps from 2007 to 2011 as a Corporal, completing two combat tours and receiving an Honorable discharge. Currently, John is the R&D Lab Manager at WernerCo., where they focus on innovation and operational efficiency. John is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and Project Management at Lewis University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
