Andrea Lamperini

Andrea Lamperini is the current Chief Commercial Director at WeRoad. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Business Growth from September 2019 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading the business and process set up from a mono country to an international dimension. Andrea also led the WeRoad Product Tour Operator team and operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Before joining WeRoad, Andrea served as the Country Manager for WestwingNow Italy from January 2018 to September 2019. In this role, they launched the company in June 2018 and led the business to an annual run rate of 10 million Euros.

Andrea began their career at Westwing Home & Living in June 2012, where they held various roles including Head of Operations and Business Analyst. In their role as Head of Operations, they were responsible for post-sales management, project management for tech developments, budgeting and planning.

Andrea Lamperini has a Master's degree in Ingegneria Gestionale - Finance & Management from Politecnico di Milano. Andrea is also a Start Cup Competition Member from Università Bocconi and has a Bachelor's degree in Ingegneria Gestionale from Politecnico di Milano.
