Cecilia Silvi

Cecilia Silvi is a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist at WeRoad since January 2024, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end hiring process for Software Engineering and Product roles, with a goal of hiring at least 40 candidates in the coming years. Prior to this role, Cecilia worked as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at MotorK from May 2023 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing the Tech and Product hiring plan for the fast-growing SaaS company. Cecilia holds a degree in Human Resources from 24ORE Business School and a degree in Political Science and International Relations from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Educational background also includes a diploma from Liceo Linguistico Elena Principessa di Napoli.
