Rosario Garate

Rosario Garate is a travel coordinator at WeRoad since January 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in business and sales. Previously, Rosario founded Uchu Mare, a hot sauce company, where responsibilities included designing sales and marketing strategies and managing social media content from February 2021 to May 2025. Rosario also served as a senior travel counselor at GrowPro, managing sales CRM and participating in events to generate leads from July 2018 to February 2025, and held roles at Pleo as an account executive and business development representative from April 2022 to December 2024. Membership in Revenue Squared supported professional growth from July 2023 to July 2024, while earlier commercial advisory roles at CreativeLab and Grouly involved supporting local businesses and new client acquisition. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Management and International Business from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and Economics from Universidad de Piura, complemented by a certification in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy.
