The Werton Group develops and runs outstanding, Ofsted-approved nurseries. Led by a team of experts in the education sector, our mission is to provide children with the best possible start to life.

Each of our nurseries is uniquely designed to meet the specific needs of the community they serve. However, they share one guiding principle. We like to call it #TheWertonWay:

Happy Staff | Happy Parents | Happy Children

Happy Staff: Teachers are the people we trust with our childrens’ futures. They deserve respect. We provide our staff with competitive salaries, ongoing training and a positive work environment. Every member of our team is given the skills and support needed to excel in a successful career in early education.

Happy Parents: Our staff work together with parents to deliver a complete childcare experience. We maintain ongoing, open communication with parents to ensure their healthy involvement in their child’s progress. Our term dates and times are flexible and structured to accommodate busy work schedules.

Happy Children: Every child is special. Every child is precious. And every child deserves the most promising start to their journey. Our nurseries are warm, nurturing settings where children are taught and loved. A healthy foundation is the key to a happy childhood.

#TheWertonWay is a philosophy that's revolutionizing the UK’s early education sector. Talk to us today to find a nursery just right for your child…
