윤혜진

혜진 윤 is an experienced professional in HRD and organizational culture. They began their career at (주)한샘 from 2010 to 2012, where they contributed to training programs and the development of manuals for the company's kitchen sales segment before moving into corporate culture and talent development roles. Currently, they serve as the Director and Learning & Value team lead at Yogiyo, where they focus on establishing training systems, leadership programs, and organizational culture strategies. 혜진 holds a Master’s degree in Chinese Economic Management from 성균관대 and a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language and Literature from 상해복단대학교.
