Mark Ross has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at WESCO Distribution since October 2011, where previous roles included District Operations Manager and Branch Operations Manager. Prior to WESCO, Mark held various positions at CTDI from April 2007 to May 2011, managing major client accounts and overseeing branch operations for electronics repair and logistics. Mark's career at CTDI began in 1994, where responsibilities spanned from operations management to engineering roles. Additionally, Mark served in the United States Army from January 1988 to December 1991, achieving the rank of Squad Leader before receiving an honorable discharge. Mark is an alumnus of the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.
