Mike McDaniel

Mike McDaniel has extensive experience in human resources and operational leadership, currently serving as Vice President of HR Systems and Operations at Wesco since May 2006. Prior roles at Wesco include Vice President positions focusing on HR Global Process Ownership and HR for the US and LATAM, as well as Senior Director for North America and Regional Director. Prior to Wesco, Mike McDaniel was Human Resources Manager at Alpharma, Inc. and held various HR and operations leadership positions at Hendrickson International. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Human Resources Representative at Delmar Publishers Inc. and a Human Resources Specialist at Carrier Transicold Truck Trailer Refrigeration. Mike McDaniel earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Le Moyne College in 1994.
