Rodger Hyle

Rodger Hyle is an experienced professional in power solutions and market development, currently serving as the Director of Network Power Solutions at Wesco since November 2024. Prior to this role, Rodger was the Director of Market Development at VoltServer Inc., where notable achievements included the creation of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Industrial Edge Networking and the establishment of partnerships with Cisco’s Industrial IoT business unit. Rodger also implemented channel development strategies with major distributors and presented on advanced power strategies for the industry. Previously, Rodger spent over 16 years at TESSCO Technologies, progressing from Senior Product Manager, where the DC Power Systems business was significantly grown, to Senior Power Solution Architect, focusing on developing centralized power solutions. An earlier role as International Sales Manager at Gould Fiber Optics involved managing sales for aerospace and defense projects, while education includes a BS in Business Administration from Towson University and a degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the Greater Altoona Career & Technology Center.
