Jon Hiivala

Jon Hiivala has extensive experience in human resources and operational roles. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Wescom Inc since July 2020, Jon has transitioned from hands-on technical work to leadership in people management. Prior to this role, Jon worked at U.S. Steel as an Ironworker from February 2010 to July 2020, demonstrating a strong foundation in skilled labor. Additionally, Jon served as a Sales and Service Representative at Culligan of NE Minnesota from November 2001 to February 2010, gaining valuable customer service and sales expertise.
