Wescon Controls
Pete Eicher has been working at Wescon Controls since July 1994. Pete started as a Supervisor at Wescon Plastics before moving up to General Foreman and eventually becoming the Plant Operations Manager. Throughout their tenure, Pete has gained experience in managing production efficiencies, scheduling orders, and overseeing budget responsibilities for Operations, Inventory Control, and Process Engineering. Pete's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Friends University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Kansas State University.
