Prior to this, Melissa has held various human resources roles at Wesley, Fairtax, and McMaster University, where Melissa also worked as an instructional assistant. Melissa also has experience as a program manager, career counselor, and project manager in the field of human resources and career development. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labour Studies from McMaster University, a diploma in Career and Work Counselling from George Brown College, and additional diplomas in Human Resource Management and Non-Profit Management.
