Gerald Mann

Gerald Mann serves as the CFO at Wespac Construction since March 2010, overseeing all accounting and financial operations. Prior to this role, Gerald worked as a Construction Development Consultant at G. D Mann, CPA, focusing on various financial needs of small to mid-sized companies from January 2008 to May 2010. Earlier experience includes a tenure as VP of Accounting for Equity Residential from December 1997 to November 2007, where responsibilities encompassed development and operations accounting for a large portfolio of apartment complexes. Gerald also held the position of Accounting Manager at Evans Withycombe from April 1995 to December 1997, managing all accounting functions related to construction and development. Educational background includes a BS Degree in Accounting with a minor in Management from Southeastern Louisiana University.
