The Superintendent Team at Wespac Construction is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This team manages site preparation, coordinates subcontractors, monitors project progress, enforces safety protocols, and addresses any on-site issues. They are crucial in bridging communication between project stakeholders and maintaining the integrity of Wespac's construction standards.

This department is responsible for assessing project costs and providing accurate estimates to support financial planning and decision-making.

Estimating Services

The Finance and Business Development team at Wespac Construction handles the financial planning, analysis, and management crucial for successful project completion, while also identifying and securing new business opportunities. The Chief Financial Officer oversees financial operations, the Business Development team drives growth through client acquisition and relationship management, and the Estimator ensures accurate project cost forecasting and budgeting. Together, they ensure financial health and sustained expansion for Wespac Construction.
