Monte Gardner is a seasoned professional in the construction services field, currently serving as the Construction Services Group Head at Wessler Engineering since 2019. Previously, Monte held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Design and Construction at Signature Development, Regional Director of Operations at Washington Prime Group Inc. and Simon Property Group, and Regional Vice President at The Skillman Corporation. Monte's extensive experience also includes serving as Director of Construction Services at HNTB and as a Project Hydrogeologist at the US Geological Survey early in their career. Monte is now retired as of 2024.
