Glenn Dutton has extensive experience in the pavement industry, currently serving as Project Manager at N.B. West Contracting and West Contracting since September 2013. In this role, Glenn Dutton focuses on estimating and evaluating paved surfaces, overseeing new construction, reconstruction, overlays, and maintenance projects. Prior to this, Glenn Dutton was the President of B&D Pavement Maintenance from May 1977 to September 2013, where responsibilities included guiding customers in selecting appropriate repair methods, scheduling crews and equipment, and developing clear maintenance programs. Educational background includes studies at Horton Watkins High School, MMCC, and U.M.S.L.
