With experience in industries ranging from manufacturing to defense, James has demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, inventory management, and logistics. James has successfully led lean implementations and formed strategic partnerships to optimize operational efficiency. James holds an MBA from Xavier University, as well as a BBA in Management/Marketing and an AA in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati.
