Patrick Monk, CSP, serves as the Safety Manager at West Fraser since May 2021. Previously, Patrick held the position of Environmental Health Safety Coordinator at Tiffin Motorhomes from October 2018 to May 2021, where expertise in environmental, health, and safety standards was utilized to develop and deliver training for team members and contractors, ensuring compliance with various regulations. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant with the Alabama Army National Guard, managing medical tracking for over 200 soldiers and overseeing equipment accountability, and working as a Correctional Officer with both the Shelby County Sheriff's Office and the Alabama Department of Corrections, where responsibilities included inmate management and ensuring the rights of convicted felons were respected. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Columbia Southern University between 2009 and 2011.
