Michael Cotter, MBA, is an experienced professional with a background in operations and management. Michael is currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at West Pharmaceutical Services, leading and directing the activities of the medical device operations of the site. Previously, they held the position of Senior Director of Manufacturing & Service at CONMED Corporation, where they were responsible for over 600 employees and achieved significant cost savings and service level improvements. Prior to that, Michael worked at Stryker in various roles, including Director of Robotics Customer Care and Senior Manager of Robotics Operations, where they achieved impressive results such as increasing service revenue and implementing lean management systems. Michael also worked at Shire as a Senior Operational Excellence Specialist and Manufacturing Supervisor, where they led initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce cycle time. Before transitioning to the private sector, Michael served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where they led combat missions and trained soldiers in infantry tactics. Michael Cotter, MBA received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern University from 2012 to 2014. Michael also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire from 2002 to 2006.
