#OurPeopleOurDifference

Created with a depth of industry knowledge and an entrepreneurial desire to challenge the status quo, West + Vittori was founded by construction and design professionals who are driven by client experience and service. Our all new construction led design methodology, best practice delivery and combined years of experience work together to deliver fulfilling and successful projects for our clients, meeting and exceeding your objectives and expectations.

Our culture
We put our people first, with an open culture that embraces experience and talent we work together as one team built on trust and equality.
As we make it our business to challenging the way our clients work, learn and live, we lead from the front when it comes to prompting a healthy work life balance and supporting flexible work arrangements for our staff.

Construction Led Design
We at West + Vittori work harmoniously to create workspaces that empower the people that occupy them. Partnering with our clients, we turn your strategy and business objectives into workspaces that truly brings out the potential of your people. And this is all very true and nice! However, if a project reaches construction stage and those managing and carrying out the physical build and not 100% behind the methodology that is behind the design, the project will quickly lose focus and ultimately become a failure! This is why out construction professionals are involved with every project from conception through to creation, taking the journey with the client and design team and insuring a perfect transition from concept to creation.
