West Texas High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (WTX HIDTA) is a regional law enforcement partnership dedicated to combating drug trafficking and its impact on public safety throughout West Texas. We coordinate efforts among federal, state, and local agencies throughout West Texas to disrupt the flow of illicit drugs, firearms, and criminal proceeds.

Through intelligence-driven operations, strategic collaboration, and community engagement, our mission is to reduce drug-related threats and strengthen border security. West Texas HIDTA operates under the designation of the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP).
