West Village is a buzzing community like no other. It's a destination where heritage buildings, luxury residences, innovative commercial offices, and exciting new retailers come together to create a living heritage village in the heart of West End.

At the heart of the $1.2 billion precinct are the heritage listed former Peters Ice Cream factories, established in the 1920’s. Located in a prime position just 800m from the Brisbane CBD, the 2.6-hectare mixed-use, high-density project will ultimately deliver up to 1,200 residences along with up to 20,000sqm of commercial, a 14,000sqm retail precinct, and just under 1ha of open parklands and heritage laneways.

This multi-award winning community also features a full line Woolworths supermarket and Harris Farm Markets further supported by 25 bespoke food and lifestyle providores. Adding to the wealth of amenities available are Goodlife Health Clubs, a wellness and medical centre, a 450-space public car park, the Metro Arts cultural precinct, green common spaces, and a range of dedicated office spaces.
