Simon Whyte has extensive experience in financial management and corporate development, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at West Wits Mining since March 2018. Prior to this role, Simon held positions in corporate development and investor relations, as well as a Major Account Manager at efm Logistics Services Group. Simon's earlier roles include East Coast Supply Chain Manager and ANZ Product Operator at BP, where responsibilities included managing petroleum product supplies and coordinating import supply chains. Simon also worked as a Senior Accountant at EY, overseeing junior staff and preparing critical client communications, and began a career in accounting as a Junior Accountant at City, Chartered Accountants. Simon holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from The University of Western Australia.
