Dave West

Dave West, Ph.D., serves as an Online Community Chaplain at Columbia International University since 2015, providing innovative chaplaincy support to online students. In addition to this role, Dave holds positions as an Adjunct Professor specializing in Strategic Leadership for Chaplains at Southern Wesleyan University and an Adjunct Professor in the MBA program at Anderson University. Since 2018, Dave has also been the Interim Pastor at Westminster Baptist Church. As an author, Dave published "The Leadership Pyramid" through WestBow Press. With a strong background in organizational leadership, Dave has served in various capacities, including consultant roles at Saudi Aramco and the South Carolina Baptist Convention. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, an MDIV in Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University.
