Andy Burke

Andy Burke is Chief Executive Officer of Westcore. They previously served as Managing Director and Global Head of Industrial at Tishman Speyer (2022–2025), raising funds and separate accounts to invest across the US and Europe, and held senior acquisition and investment roles at Terreno Realty Corporation (SVP Director of Acquisitions and Executive Vice President, 2008–2015), Perseus Realty Partners (VP Investment Officer, 2006–2008), and AMB Property Corporation (Transaction Officer, 2002–2006), where they closed $530M of acquisitions and developments and operated in Europe, Asia and Mexico while based in Amsterdam (2004–2006). Earlier in their career they were a Research Associate at Fidelity Investments (1998–2000), closing $750M of investments across office, retail, hotel and apartments, and an Analyst in Venture & Strategic Investments at Sun Microsystems (2000–2001), participating in 13 venture investments and two acquisitions with a focus on storage; their education lists Delbarton School and Duke University.
