Philip Scott

Philip Scott is an experienced Senior Property Accountant currently with Westcore since July 2023. Prior to this role, Philip worked at American Assets Trust, Inc., where responsibilities included full cycle accounting using MRI software, managing daily cash transactions for various property types, and training new employees. Additional duties encompassed financial reporting and collaboration with property management. Earlier experience includes a Junior/Property Accountant position at Trigild, focusing on month-end closing, budgeting, and reconciliations, as well as serving as a teller at US Bank and an assistant manager at Which Wich Superior Sandwiches. Philip holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from San Diego State University.
