Ken Welsh, MBA, is a seasoned professional in the field of architectural technology and real estate development. Currently serving as Senior Development Manager at Westcreek Developments since February 2022, Ken manages projects from design development to production while coordinating with city planning teams for regulatory approvals. Prior experience includes roles as Architectural Technologist at Zeidler Architecture and COM-TECH Drafting & Design Services, where Ken produced drawing sets and managed architectural detailing. Ken's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate from the Haskayne School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the University of Calgary, and a diploma in Architectural Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
