Kyra Meyer

Kyra Meyer is a Chemical and Biological Engineering graduate from Colorado State University, with a diverse range of experience in engineering and community service. At Idaho National Laboratory, Kyra served as a Project & Process Engineering Intern, conducting efficiency analyses on reverse osmosis systems and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. As a Youth Ministry Intern at Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church, Kyra led middle school Sunday School classes and organized youth service events, demonstrating effective communication with diverse groups. In the role of Admissions Ambassador, Kyra enhanced public speaking skills through campus tours for prospective students and families. Currently, as an Applications Engineer 1 at WesTech Engineering, Kyra provides process input for groundwater treatment projects, evaluates water quality, and prepares equipment proposals while ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, Kyra's early experience includes serving as a Camphand/Counselor at Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp, where responsibilities included site maintenance and camper support.
