Wade Wilson, CPA, is an energetic finance leader with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting leadership roles across multiple fast-growing companies. Wade has driven profitability as a strategic partner, achieving a $2M improvement in EBITDA within 18 months in a recent position. Currently, Wade serves as a Controller at WesTech Engineering, after holding significant roles at companies such as Milgard Windows and Doors and Leiters. Throughout their career, Wade has focused on operational efficiency, team development, and has successfully led funds to secure over $70M in additional equity funding. Wade is also pursuing further education, including a BA in Accounting and an MBA, while continuing to mentor team members for growth.
