Aimee Walker

Aimee Walker is an experienced professional in early childhood education and leadership. Currently serving as a Teaching Pyramid Coach at WestEd, Aimee builds connections with Family Childcare Providers while supporting their goals in social-emotional development and family engagement. As an Infant Toddler Specialist with PITC Partners for Quality since 2016 and the Executive Director of Milestones Child Development Centers, Inc. since 2008, Aimee oversees child care administration and human resources. Aimee further honed leadership skills as a Fellow at the Rockwood Leadership Institute in 2022. Previous roles include Director at The Phoenix Schools and Site Supervisor at CDI/CDC, showcasing a solid background in managing childcare programs. Aimee holds a BA in Child Development from California State University-Sacramento and is pursuing a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education at Walden University.
