Allison Davey

Allison Davey serves as a Senior Program Associate at WestEd since November 2020, leading a team focused on enhancing the quality and utilization of IDEA fiscal data to comply with federal requirements. Previously, Allison held various roles at the Tennessee Department of Education, including Senior Director, where management of a $250 million annual grant was a key responsibility, and in other positions contributing to IDEA fiscal management and special education. Earlier experience includes consulting and teaching roles in special education, with a strong foundation built through a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Special Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
