Cecil Brim

Cecil Brim is an Organization Development Consultant at Brim-Donahoe West, a role they have held since 1995. They previously served as a Leadership Coach at Landmark Education Corporation from 1993 to 1995, where they focused on helping individuals shift their paradigms for more fulfilling lives. Cecil held various marketing roles at IBM and Xerox Corporation between 1972 and 1995, introducing innovative products to both public and private sectors. In addition, they contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Antioch University in 2000, teaching about overcoming biases in organizations, and have served on the board of WestEd since 2015. Cecil earned a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from Morehouse College and an MA in Whole Systems Design from Antioch University Seattle.
