Dana Grayson

Dana Grayson serves as the Director of Teacher Workforce at WestEd since April 2021, where responsibility includes leading a $5M national portfolio aimed at advancing educator workforce policies and systems. Previously, Dana managed a $2M portfolio as Project Director for State Education Systems Coherence, focusing on workforce and resource allocation strategies. Prior experiences include directing a $3.5M federal center at Insight Policy Research and holding a Principal Consultant role at the American Institutes for Research, where Dana generated $16M in business. Dana's extensive background in education policy and project management is supported by a Master of Arts in Sociology of Education from New York University and a Master of Science in Teaching from Pace University.
