Jared Simpson

Jared Simpson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and analysis. Currently serving as a Sr. Contracts Specialist at WestEd since March 2019, Jared has previously held roles as Contract Specialist and Operations Coordinator within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Contract Analyst for the California Department of Education from February 2017 to February 2019, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing contract functions and providing technical assistance to program staff. Additionally, Jared has a diverse background in customer service and technical support through positions at Voxpro, California State University, Long Beach, Raley's, and Bel-Air. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Community Health Education from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Arts in Fire Technology from Cosumnes River College.
