Jesse Bernal

Jesse Bernal, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant based in Southern California. They hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and specialized certifications in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Reflective Practice. With nearly 20 years of experience, Jesse focuses on the social-emotional development of young children and promotes inclusive practices while addressing the impacts of early trauma. Currently, Jesse serves as an adjunct faculty member at Pacific Oaks College and provides consultation and training to various early education programs and mental health organizations nationwide. Their work embodies a commitment to equity, inclusion, and social justice, particularly in supporting the wellbeing of children and families.
