Jon Dolle

Jon Dolle currently serves as the Director of Improvement Science at WestEd, leading a team dedicated to systems innovation and improvement in education. With a strong background in research and evaluation, Jon previously held positions at the Carnegie Foundation, where contributions included co-leading the development of networked improvement communities and founding the Post-Baccalaureate Fellowship Program. Earlier experiences include roles at the National Academy of Sciences, both as a Research Associate and Mirzayan Fellow, and involvement in political organizing for Obama for America. Jon holds a PhD in Education from Stanford University, along with a MA in Educational Policy Studies and dual degrees (BS in General Engineering and BA in Philosophy) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
