Josh Stern

Josh Stern is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in leadership and higher education. Currently serving as an Improvement Specialist at WestEd since April 2021, Josh has previously held positions including Adjunct Associate Professor at Mills College, where the focus was on developing innovative programs for graduate students, and Principal for an educational leadership consultancy. As Head of School at St. Paul's Episcopal School of Oakland, Josh oversaw a diverse K-8 institution, managed senior administration, and successfully transitioned the school to digital learning during the pandemic.
